Reporting to the Reactor Division Plant Engineering Senior Manager you will design overhaul and upgrade the systems that manage the nuclear reactors and the experiments conducted within it. You should expect to work on a variety of custom analog and digital electronics and softwarebased control and data acquisition systems that are tightly connected to the physical mechanical and nuclear processes that are central to the facilitys mission. You will include participation in the creation of technical analyses documentation and other formal reports.
By joining this paid internship you will works a 4x10 schedule and works onsite at the Materials and Fuels Complex near Idaho Falls Idaho. Your start date and duration of internship vary based on project and your availability. You may be eligible for course credit for this internship if approved by your university.
