Reporting to our Service Director our ServiceTechnicianwill be responsible for the efficient and accurate servicing of customer vehicles. This will include diagnosing maintaining and repairing vehicles entering the service department. This person will need to have keen attention to detail strong communication skills and passion for the customer experience. Although not required import knowledgeis highly preferred for this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: including but not limited to:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
Testdrive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are wellinformed of any additional services needed.
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
