What You will be doing
Work alongside product engineering teams to drive solutions which are reliable scalable and observable
Identify and enhance the core software and platform components that enable our teams to build deploy and operate efficiently
Deliver software to improve the availability scalability latency and efficiency of our observability components
Identify automate and remove repetitive tasks and manual toil from our day to day operations
Observe and improve performance reduce cost and improve the experience of our customers
Support root cause analysis using your holistic knowledge of systems and software to support our teams in identifying and fixing potential issues
Our Tech Stack
Orchestration: AWS Docker Kubernetes Terraform Terragrunt
Continuous integration and delivery: GitHub Actions FluxCD
Observability: Cortex Loki Tempo Grafana
Applications: Golang Temporal Cassandra Postgres
Youll be great for this role if
You have extensive experience building and running largescale systems on AWS
You have a good understanding of observability reliability scalability and application security best practices
You are proficient in Golang
You have extensive experience with Kubernetes and EKS
You are familiar with our observability stack (Grafana Loki Tempo Cortex)
You love working with a team of engineers and are not afraid to challenge the status quo
Youre an expert at conveying information efficiently
You are a curious learner and eager to try new things
