As aSales Specialist youll be at the heart of welcoming new members into our thriving community showcasing our offerings and ensuring that every interaction is positive and rewarding.
What Youll Do:
- Exceed sales goals by building relationships through prospecting networking and referrals.
- Conduct engaging tours of the facility sharing the benefits of membership and our unique culture.
- Nurture strong connections with current members ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
- Be a brand ambassador representing 88 Tactical at networking events and trade shows.
- Manage leads using HighRise (CRM software) and utilize Bizzflo (POS system) for account management.
- Assist operations staff with class registrations safety waivers and member checkins.
