We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients mainly NDIS participants in reaching their goals and enhancing their quality of life through conducting comprehensive assessment planning and implementing intervention plans. This role involves working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds creating and executing personalized therapy program to meet each participants specific needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of NDIS participants to determine participants needs and goals
- Develop and implement therapy program including delivering therapeutic activities and planning holistic daily living support
- Educate participants and their families/carers to help with the effective implementation of the therapy program.
- Monitor and evaluate participants progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Liaise and collaborate with participants families/carers allied health professionals and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of participants progress and treatment plans
- Generate highquality reports in a timely manner
What we need from you:
- Preferred 23 years of experience working in NDIS. Dont worry if you are a new graduate! We also welcome your application!
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA Registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian drivers license and insured vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a team player
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to personal and professional development
