Job Description
Qualifications:
Requires licensure by the State of Florida Department of Health as either an LSCW LMHC or LMFT.
Responsibilities:
To contribute quality care and service to the client by providing professional work in the performance of general psychological services. Interview the client upon admission for detailed psychosocial history and provide comprehensive information diagnostic summary and treatment recommendations for client care. Assess client and family needs and resources and arrange appropriate discharge plans in a timely fashion. Provide client and family group work services including psychosocial therapies client and family conferences to share diagnostic information information regarding patients progress in treatment assessing client/clientfamily relationships and coordinating treatment and discharge plans.
