Job Description
Seeking a Associate Plant Engineer with 2D and 3D modeling experience to help to optimize manufacturing processes to improve cost productivity and quality while managing production workflow.
Associate Plant Engineer Responsibilities:
- Maintain workplace safety and 3S standards
- Communicate promptly with supervisors and departments
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and customer complaints
- Lead production improvement projects
- Support facility maintenance and upgrades
- Manage equipment documentation and plant layouts
Associate Plant Engineer Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Solid experience with working with internal and external customers and contractors
- Strong Project Management experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor or Autodesk Creator a PLUS
- Robotics and automation experience a PLUS
- Experience with statistical analysis and technical documentation
- Experience with process improvement and safety: plant layout tools fixture design etc.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
