Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Location: Thrissur Kuruppam Road
Job Type: FullTime
The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or professional HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is preferred.
- A minimum of 0.61 years of experience in human resources with a proven track record in managing diverse HR functions..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
