- Location: Yakima WA
- Employment Type: Contract
- PAY RATE: $65 to $70 per hour WEEKLY PAY
- Start Date: 2/10/2025
Job Description:
ATC Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. The SLP will be responsible for diagnosing evaluating and treating speech language voice and swallowing disorders in clients of all ages. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment alongside other healthcare professionals to create tailored treatment plans and help clients achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess diagnose and treat speech language cognitivecommunication voice fluency and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs.
- Provide therapy in individual and/or group settingsand progress.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals educators and caregivers to provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize evidencebased therapy techniques and stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program
- Licensure: Valid SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SpeechLanguage Pathology (CCCSLP)
- Experience: Prior experience in one or more clinical settings is preferred (but new grads are welcome!.
- Availability: Willingness to travel and commit to contract assignments
- BLS Certification
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest XRay
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
