Proper Equipment:
Licensed plumbers should have all necessary tools and equipment to carry out project work.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a solution in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate with GC Lead Craftsman Office Manager Homeowners Vendors Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Presentable:
On Time
CleanCut appearance
Decent looking vehicle
Organized and well maintained tools
Other:
- Communicates with customer about things around the house that Ace has the ability to fix.
- Earns customers confidence through integrity delivering what is promised and never promising what cannot be delivered.
