Day Shifts 21.50 per hour FullTime Hours

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team for dayshifts at a friendly care home located in a peaceful residential suburb in Bradford. The role offers the opportunity to provide highquality care to residents with nursing mental health and dementia care needs while ensuring a safe comfortable and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare possess strong clinical skills and be committed to delivering excellent care throughout the dayshifts.

- Valid Nursing License: Hold a valid nursing license and registration
- Experience: Proven experience as a Staff Nurse within a Nursing Home
- Nursing Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessments & Care Plans: Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Medications & Treatments: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Monitoring & Recording: Monitor and record vital signs and residents conditions
- Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and provide thorough handover reports
