Job Description
St. Marys Annapolis Parish is seeking candidates for a Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager will manage all aspects of facilities and maintenance for the Parish complex. They will also supervise maintenance and facilities staff as assigned. Moreover the Facilities Manager will oversee resources to ensure smooth efficient operations of the Parish 365 days per year/24 hours per day.
Essential Functions
- Manage daily operations related to all facilities buildings grounds and maintenance.
- Assist Director of Facilities with project management for renovations and construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of preventative maintenance.
- Directly supervise maintenance workers. Coordinate work schedules to control costs.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Building Construction Architecture or Engineeringrelated field.
- 5 years experience in Construction Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- knowledge of and ability to support the mission of the Catholic Church and Catholic education.
- Must possess valid drivers license with no more than three current points.
- Ability to move furniture equipment and other materials weighing up to and in excess of 100lbs.
- Practicing Catholic preferred.
Range: $Annualized
