Job Description

A rapidly growing midsize law firm in Palos Verdes is looking for a fulltime Employment Attorney. The ideal candidate will have the choice of working inoffice or fully remote if preferable. The ideal candidate will join in providing clients with the highest caliber of legal representation available. This firm focuses on business employment and real estate litigation. The firms frequent successes have given them a stellar reputation amongst colleagues and clients.

Qualifications:

Experience in advice and counsel is ideal
CA bar
4 years of solid employment experience
The position is offered as fully remote hybrid or inperson
Ability to make court trials depositions is a must
Open to plaintiff and defense side employment
Excellent legal research writing and verbal communication
PAGA experience and/or employment advice and counsel experience is a plus
