- Responsibilities Of Physical Therapist
- Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following
- Play a vital role in improving patients quality of life and promoting their overall wellbeing.
- Evaluate patients medical history and perform physical examinations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients needs and goals
- Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and other interventions to improve mobility strength and function
- Educate patients and their families on exercises selfcare techniques and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Requirements of a Physical Therapist
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure in FL as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR certification
- Previous SNF and LTC care exp preferred but will consider new grads
