Are you high energy selfstarter serious minded capable of initiating and building productive relationships If yes Penn Power Group is currently accepting resumes for a Fleet Technician who will exceed our customers expectations through quality service.
Compensation: Hourly range from $35$40/hour This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience skills certifications and geographic location.
YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HEAVY DUTY FLEET VEHICLES:
- Performing preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
- Routine Maintenance oil changes electrical services and lubrication.
- Accurately recording time parts and PM inspection checklists.
- Troubleshooting diagnosing and repairing all fleet vehicles.
- Performing prescribed Preventative Maintenance services.
- Diagnosing and identify vehicle and equipment malfunctions to determine corrective actions to be taken.
- Repairing or overhauling engines transmissions gear trains differentials steering systems brake systems clutch systems electrical systems power takeoffs hydraulic and pneumatic lifts and controls and related components.
- Brazing or welding frames sheet metal and various equipment components such as trailers.
- Arriving to work on time.
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE:
- Proficiency using vehicle diagnostic software.
- Ability to perform vehicle and equipment overhaul.
- ASE certifications.
- Factory certified training.
- Diesel Engine Technical degree and/or training.
