Job Description
Our client a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences is looking for Data Science Business Analyst based out ofBranchburg NJ
Duration:LongTerm Contract (High possibility of extension)
Pay Rate:$70 to $75/Hr on W2
A Data Science Business Analyst is a role combining the skills of a data scientist business process management expertise and project management capabilities responsible for extracting actionable insights from data to optimize business processes leading datadriven projects from conception to implementation while aligning with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Modeling:
- Collect clean and prepare large datasets from diverse sources for analysis.
- Develop and implement statistical models machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics toidentify trends and patterns.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement through datadriven insights.
- Design and implement process improvements based on data analysis including workflowoptimization and automation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration of datadriven solutions intoexisting processes.
- Project Management:
- Define project scope timelines and deliverables for datadriven initiatives.
- Manage project track progress and identify potential risks.
- Lead project teams through the data analysis lifecycle ensuring timely and quality results.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python R SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms statistical methods and data mining techniques
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and platforms
Education and Experience:
Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Business Analytics or a related field
