Gwinnett Place Nissan is a leader in automotive retail sales and finance. We are currently looking to add qualified Sales Manager to our fastpaced and highprofile location in Duluth GA.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Responsibilities:
Hire train and develop a team of automotive salespeople
Train standard methodologies for structuring andclosing new and used car deals.
Provide mentorship to all sales associates toimprove sales performance
Set sales goals track progress and lead the team to achieve and exceed the company sales expectancy and market penetration
Advise sales associates and customers onall products available forpurchase
Overcome objections close sales and perform all other steps of the sales and desking process in compliance with company standards
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Manage inventory of new and preowned vehicles
Qualifications:
Successful experiencein automotive sales management
A strong work ethic with the ability to lead a team of sales professionals
Strong organizational skills
Broad knowledgeofdealership sales operations
Resultsdriven energeticand selfmotivated
Used car appraising experience is a PLUS
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Ability to pass a preemployment drug screen and background check
High School Diploma/ GED required. A college degree is a PLUS
