Job Description

Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Location: Dublin OH
Job Type: Fulltime 4045 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail management proven leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership:Inspire and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide topnotch customer service.
  • Customer Service:Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales and Marketing:Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive store traffic and increase sales.
  • Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Financial Management:Oversee the stores financial performance including budgeting forecasting and expense management.
  • Staff Development:Recruit train and develop store staff to enhance their skills. Including coaching mentoring and evaluating job performance.
  • Visual Merchandising:Maintain an attractive and organized store layout that reflects the brands image and appeals to customers.
  • Customer Experience:Engage with customers daily to discover and understand their soccer needs.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • College degree preferred; High school or GED required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail management best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
