About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and customerfocused EnglishSpeaking Call Centre Agents to join our clients team. In this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and service procedures to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of products services and client guidelines.
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet performance targets and service level agreements.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Availability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office and online tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and empathetically.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
