Job Summary: PJs Coffee Crew Leader at PJs Coffee of New Orleans
At PJs Coffee were all about crafting exceptional coffee and creating memorable experiences and we need a passionate resultsdriven manager to lead our team in Missouri City TX! As the PJs Coffee Crew Leader youll play a pivotal role in not only achieving revenue and growth goals but also fostering a culture built on our core values of quality service and Southern hospitality.
- Lead and mentor a team of baristas driving both personal and professional development.
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations with a special focus on optimizing drivethru performance.
- Set and achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals aligning team efforts with PJs Coffees mission.
- Cultivate a positive work culture based on PJs values of quality service and hospitality.
- Monitor and maintain inventory scheduling and staff performance to ensure the shop runs efficiently and effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Managers Certification
- Flexible Schedule (Ability to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed)
- Have knowledge of service and food and beverage generally involving at least 1 year of FOH operations and/or other management positions.
- Management/leadership experience is preferred.
- A passion for creating a Humble Focused and Fun team culture.
- A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the coffee industry.
- Previous experience working in a coffee shop or quick service restaurant preferred.
- Teamoriented mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and implement marketing strategies.
- Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
- Basic problemsolving and conflict resolution skills are needed.
- Availability to work at least 25 30 hours per week.
