Your role
As estaras Spinal Nurse Advisor you will work closely with our expert Specialised Disability Support team focussing on our impact across Greater Adelaide and wider South Australia.
Daytoday you will work with our clients and provide individual consultative advice and support on a range of health matters specifically for those living with a spinal cord injury or related neurological conditions. In this position you will support our clients with a spinal cord injury to live in the community and maintain their general health wellbeing and lifestyle in order to live their potential.

Essential
Nursing qualifications with current AHPRA registration
A minimum of five 5 years nursing experience preferably experience in communitybased nursing
Knowledge of continence management and catheter accreditation
Desirable
Experience in spinal orthopaedic or rehabilitation nursing
Comprehensive knowledge of rehabilitation and treatment following spinal cord injuries
Special conditions
Current South Australian full drivers licence is essential
DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check and any relevant Screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS with at least 6 months validity
Intrastate travel and work outside of normal business hours as required
