Qualifications
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
Six 6 or more years of applicable work experience required.
Minimum five 5 years of experience working with electronic medical record required
Experience leading an Epic implementation required.
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management Computer Science or related field preferred.
Minimum four 4 years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred
Minimum four 4 years of experience in project management preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
Experience leading large teams
Strong communication and organizational skills

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $88171.20 to $158662.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
