This is a fulltime role for a BPO Process Trainer located in Bengaluru. The BPO Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis delivering new hire training developing presentation skills utilizing analytical skills for process improvement and effective communication with trainees.
Qualifications
BPO Process/Product Trainer experience (minimum 1 year) collection process is a plus
Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training
Presentation Skills development
Analytical Skills for process improvement
Effective Communication
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of call center processes and best practices
Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Age Criteria 29 and below
