Hiring for Customer Support Associate (WFH Parttime Blended Process)at Kolkata SalaryInhand Salary: 5700 per month.
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. This is a workfromhome (WFH) opportunity with a parttime rotational shift schedule. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and a commitment to delivering highquality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshoot issues and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and communication with customers.
- Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner following company procedures.
Job Details:
- Business Window: 24x7 with rotational shifts.
- Shift Duration: 4.5 hours per shift.
- Training: 17 days of online paid training 9hour rotational shifts).
- Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational week offs.
- Leave Policy: No planned leaves during the first 3 months of joining.
- Desktop Provided by the Company.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of High School (HS) pass.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Location: Candidate must reside within 25 km of the Technopolis office as per Aadhaar card or rent agreement.
