Job Description
Best Cleaners is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Garment Finisher / Customer Service Representative to join our closeknit organization. We provide a variety of exceptional garmentbased services including dry cleaning and tailoring.
Garment Finishers/Customer Service Representatives play an important part in giving our customers the excellent service that makes us successful. You will help press a variety of garments on various pressing machines welcome the customers to the plant receive and process their garments and complete financial transactions. While entry level candidates are encouraged to apply experience with garment finishing handling cash transactions and face to face customer service is beneficial.
The ideal Garment Finisher/Customer Service Representative is a quick learner has an outgoing professional demeanor and a high attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career with our collaborative team.
For Fulltime Garment Finisher/Customer Service Representatives we offer:
- Starting compensation of $16.50 per hour based on experience.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use assigned equipment to press a variety of customers garments.
- Hang finished work inspect touch up as needed.
- Assist the drycleaner in hanging garments from the drycleaning machine.
- Provide superior friendly service to all of our customers.
- Receive and markin dry cleaning shirts and tailoring.
- Prepare finished garments for customer pickup.
- Use computer to generate invoices and perform cash transactions as per official procedures.
- Handle customers inquiries and requests on the phone and inperson.
- Perform minor repairs to clothing.
- Any additional tasks assigned by Plant Manager or upper management.
MAINTENANCE
- Dust all finishing machinery daily.
- Observe padding for wear and tear and replace as necessary.
- Report malfunctioning machinery to the Store Manager.

- This job may entail hot indoor air temperatures noisy conditions standing for long periods of time and lifting customer garments and supplies.
