Job Description
The main responsibility of this position is to perform inprocess analytical bioassay sample testing to support both early and latestage protein cell and gene therapy programs.
- Support method and critical reagent qualifications.
- Utilize laboratory techniques such as mammalian cell culture.
- Perform routine analytical procedures such as ELISAs PCR cellbased assays and flow cytometry.
- Be responsible for data integrity and accuracy and documentation of all analytical testing in an electronic laboratory notebook.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Biochemistry or other related degree concentration with 3 years industry experience OR Relevant Masters with 1 year industry experience OR PhD
Experience with the following skills;
- Pipetting skills
- Flow Cytometry
- Aseptic Technique
- Cell Culture
- qPCR
- CellBased Potency Assays
- ELISA / Immunoassay
Strong computer scientific and organizational skills
Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies
Experience working in BSL2 labs
Experience with GMP procedures preferred
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Flexibility to travel between Malvern and Spring House 10 of your time

Position is fulltime Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House PA are encouraged to apply.
