Responsibilities
Responsibility for lateral recruitment activity within areas our Support Functions and Global Advisory business (M&A Debt Advisory & Restructuring and Equity Advisory)
Point of contact for the endtoend recruitment process.
Meeting line managers to discuss new vacancies and resourcing strategy.
Actively encouraging the use of direct sourcing.
Assist in writing job specs.
Liaising with the recruitment coordinator to ensure interviews are scheduled.
Drafting contracts of employment.
Guiding and advising stakeholders on offer processes.
Working closely with HRBPs and providing a strategic partnership keeping them aware of all recruitment activity and developments.
Managing PSL agency relationships and monitor performance.
Managing reporting including headcount and open vacancies reports.
Experience Skills and Competencies Required
13 years ofexperience recruiting into the Investment Banking and Debt Advisory space either from an agency RPO or inhouse environment is preferable.
The ability to manage multiple different stakeholders and roles.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Experience of headhunting and utilising recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong stakeholder management.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Strong MS Office experience including Excel and PowerPoint.
