We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MSSP Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) partnerships across the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal). The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting developing and managing MSSP relationships ensuring they successfully sell and deploy our SASE solutions across SMB midmarket and enterprise customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the MSSP landscape in Iberia the ability to execute regional gotomarket strategies and a passion for fostering strong partnerships to maximize revenue growth.
Drive MSSPled SASE sales ensuring partners effectively position and sell ourSASE platform across SMB midmarket and enterprise sectors.
Increase pipeline generation and closure rates across the region.
Develop and execute Iberiaspecific business plans aligned with global strategiessecuring partner commitment for revenue targets market focus and capabilitydevelopment.
Work crossfunctionally with sales marketing and technical teams to develop jointbusiness plans with MSSP and Service Providers partners in Iberia.
Assist MSSPs in launching and managing SASEbased networking and securityservices leveraging our advanced cloud security and Zero Trust technologies.
Track partner performance pipeline development and revenue contributionsproviding strategic recommendations to accelerate growth across all customersegments.
Conduct partner training webinars and enablement sessions on the future of SASEZero Trust and cloud security architectures.
Build and nurture executivelevel relationships within the Iberia partner community toenhance brand awareness and partner engagement.
Act as a trusted advisor to MSSPs providing guidance on competitive positioningservice differentiation and SASE implementation best practices.
Initiative & Experience: Proven track record in managing MSSPs and drivingbusiness through channel partnerships. Experience in roles requiring strongcollaboration within technology organizations is a plus.
Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Strong sales negotiation skills with the ability toarticulate product value to partners. Proficient in professional sales techniques andforecasting.
Communication & Partner Engagement: Exceptional communicator and presenterwith the ability to build trust and credibility with partners and customers. Stronginfluencing and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels.
Business Acumen & : Strategic thinker with strong financial andbusiness acumen. Ability to balance technical and commercial considerations to drivecustomer satisfaction. Resultsoriented with a strong sense of urgency andaccountability.
Teamwork & Cultural Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization andcollaborate across functional and cultural boundaries. Openminded adaptable andcommitted to teamwork.
