What your day looks like:
- Lead a team of 10 15 people on day and night shift
- Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emecos heavy earthmoving fleet
- Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required
- Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimisethe risk of injury to yourself and others.
- Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget.
- Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.
What well need from you:
- Must have full working rights within Australia
- A strong commitment to safety and leadership
- AMT exposure would be highly advantageous
- Significant posttrade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar Komatsu and Hitachi
- Prior leadership experience working on a mine site leading a team of 10 people
- High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
- Strong analytical mindset and solution focused attitude
- Hold a current Australian Drivers License
- RecognisedNationalAustralian Trade Certificate as a Heavy Diesel Fitter
- Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging rigging crane and work platform classifications (desirable)
