Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and boardcertified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dedicated mental health team in Bristol CT. This fulltime role offers an excellent worklife balance while providing highquality psychiatric care in a supportive clinical setting. Up to a $10000 signon bonus is available!

What You Bring:
Education & Licensure:
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Connecticut
- Board Certified PsychiatricMental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active DEA controlled substance registration
Clinical Expertise:
- Strong ability to diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders using evidencebased approaches
- Experience in triaging psychiatric emergencies and implementing safety protocols
- Knowledge of community mental health resources and referral processes
- Excellent communication skills to engage with patients families and healthcare teams
