Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Person should be able to design complex solutions on atleast 2 technologies and provide end to end solution for one area
- Lead & own code reviews and can sign off on medium/large features my Squad/ Project/ POD.
- Demonstrate strong ownership of the vision/roadmap ensuring project alignment.
- Key participant in providing estimates and identifying key stakeholders
- Working as a lead and able to migrate applications end to end. Needs to be a handson developer.
- Working with the team to guide them understand any technical issues and troubleshoot them.
- Doing regular code reviews and sharing feedback with the team.
- Having connects with onshore partners for design discussions architectural discussions etc.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement (CI) and innovation. Someone who will be a role model for the team to focus on CIs.
Mandatory Skills
- 8 10 years of experience in development in Java/J2EE development.
- Ability to understand existing (large) codebase written in AWS Servlets Ant Maven Gradle JSP J2EE EJB Spring Hibernate etc. and identifying all dependencies.
- Should have knowledge of application deployment and Software development life cycle.
- 2 years of experience in development in AWS Servlets Lambda SQS SNS)
- Should have experience leading small teams 46 developers).
- Experience of migrating legacy applications to latest technologies; onpremises infrastructure to cloud such as AWS GCP.
