Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Architectural Sheet Metal to lead and manage projects from estimation to in San Jose CA. This role involves defining project scopes developing budgets estimating costs and overseeing plans and documentation. The Project Manager coordinates procurement manages resources ensures efficient project and maintains financial oversight. Strong leadership effective communication and a focus on client satisfaction are key to success. If you excel at managing unique designs tight deadlines and complex challenges this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional Communication: Develop and maintain clear and professional communication with coworkers and clients.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Sales Development: Make sales contacts research customer needs and follow up on leads to drive revenue growth.
• Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed established revenue and profit targets.
• Client Meetings: Attend client project meetings and represent the company professionally.
• Team Leadership: Establish lead and manage project teams effectively.
• ProblemSolving: Identify and resolve projectrelated issues to ensure smooth .
• Procurement: Procure necessary materials and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Cost Management: Maintain accurate cost control and projections for all projects.
• Mentorship: Lead by example providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Accountability: Support accountability for both individual projects and the Architectural Sheet Metal (ASM) department.
• Procedural Adherence: Follow and uphold established Air Systems Project Management procedures.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction project management experience preferably in Architectural Sheet Metal.
• Expertise in projects like Metal Roofing Louvers Column Covers Architectural Flashings and Metal Siding.
• Strong communication presentation and customer relations skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask problemsolve and work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
• Creative and proactive utilizing resources to meet project goals efficiently.

Competitive Salary: $130000 $150000 per year based on experience.
