State Utility Contractors Inc. a heavy civil utility construction company with a 40year history of success is looking for an entrylevel Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic team. If youre a recent graduate of a diesel/heavy equipment mechanic program and eager to start your career this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What Youll Do:

  • Perform electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting to diagnose and repair system faults.
  • Maintain and repair equipment such as excavators front loaders skid loaders backhoes cranes and other small equipment.
  • Handle both inshop work and field service road calls.
  • Work independently to ensure timely and highquality repairs.

What Were Looking For:

  • Completion of a diesel/heavy equipment mechanic program.
  • A valid drivers license.
  • Willingness to pass a preemployment background check and drug screen.
  • Engine overhaul experience is a plus but not required.
