- Experience drafting motions handling discovery demands & court appearances a must.
- Experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts and agreements.
- Trial level experience a plus.
- NYC based construction experience preferred.
Hybrid Hours:
Minimum 3 days a week in office.2 days a week remotely.
The annualized salary range for this position is $150000 to $195000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
