Job Description

Pay range:
$46.89 $83.37RN Charge Circulator IPS
$15000 Signon Bonus for RNs with 1 years OR experience
Schedule: 0.9 FTE 72 hours per biweekly pay period)
12 Hour Weekend nights
Inpatient Surgery (IPS) is a 17 suite OR which performs Open Heart Cardiothoracic Neuro Spine Orthopedic Bariatric Robotic Vascular Gynecological and Urogynecologic as well as General Surgery procedures. Combinations of inpatient and outpatient procedures are performed on a mainly adult population and IPS averages 850 procedures monthly. Specialty team based OR nursing is our foundation for providing consistent knowledgeable and experienced staff to meet our customers needs.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required BSN preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington. (May be a multiState license from a Compact state or a Washington license.
- Healthcare provider CPR Certification required.
- Current experience in the operating room as circulator required with competency in a scrub role preferred.
- CNOR certification preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
Note RNs hired into units that require a competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation will be required to take a rhythm assessment in their first week. This will include standard cardiac rhythms dysrhythmias and paced rhythms.

How much will this job pay
Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidates years of relevant experience level of education and internal equity.
