Job Description
Duties may include the following: 1. Supporting video conferencing classrooms by turning on equipment promptly managing paperwork when necessary and reporting problems. and reporting problems. 2. Assisting with inventory testing and cleaning of computer equipment. 3. Answering the help desk phone entering work orders and resolving any issues when possible. 4. Support campus events through setup operating technology and tear down. 5. Checking out and delivering equipment. 6. Supporting campus projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Be a student at OHIO University or another educational institution Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 Basic computer literacy Good interpersonal communication skills Ability to work productively without close supervision Ability to follow confidentiality policies

Work hours are flexible but must be willing to work morning and evening hours as needed.
