Job Description
We are looking for experienced Interior Designer Site supervisor for our Hotel who can execute the work onsite.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Understand all finishes requires for five star hotels.
- Good knowledge on vendors labor rates and material rates.
- Ensure extremely good finish and quality.
- Review construction plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers contractors and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or design issues that arise during construction.
- Review and verify budgets bills and payments.
- work closely with the finances team to ensure timely payment of invoices and accurate budget tracking.
- Monitor and supervise the construction work performed to ensure it meets project specifications timelines and quality standards.
- Be available at the project site to assess progress identify any issues and ensure that construction adheres to approved plans.
- Ensure that all construction work meets the companys quality standards complies with relevant building standards and complies with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Identify and address any defects or issues promptly to maintain high standard of construction.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management highlighting key milestones issues and any variations from the project plan
