Job Description

Parts Sales Associate Trainee Program
Start by working with our Parts Team learning the following:
- Identify part numbers using interactive software
- Learn basic customer service skills both phone or in person
- Learn part order fulfillment processes for customers wholesale accounts and technicians within the service shop and collision center
- Parts inventory accuracy and logistics
You will also be exposed to some of the most knowledgeable parts professionals
in the business
During the first six months we will be looking for:
- Orginizational ability
- Ambition/Drive/Work Ethic
- Punctual Attendance
- Ability to comply with safe workplace rules
- Ability and determination to properly complete tasks
Once you have successfully completed this trial period Pat Milliken Ford will:
- Give you access to Ford Motor Company online training
- Put you on a career path in the automotive parts industry with well defined benchmarks
