We are looking for an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Strategic Insights team within Engineering building and supporting MLdriven features that empower customers with actionable insights to improve proposal quality win rates and team productivity. This role focuses on enhancing dashboard usability integrating tailored recommendations and increasing efficiency through analytics while showcasing Loopios ROI to executives. Youll work across the platform portfolio leveraging NLP and GenAI to develop solutions like automated language detection intelligent project import and search enhancements. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of creative and passionate individuals committed to solving realworld problems with modern AI practices.
You will partner closely with Product Managers Architects and Data Scientists to use Machine Learning techniques to help us take Loopios user value to the next level.
This role requires close collaboration with teams across Canada the UK and India. To accommodate the time zone differences you will be expected to work from 11 am to 7:30 pm IST.
What Youll Be Doing
EndtoEnd ML & NLP Deployment: Design build and optimize scalable ML systems for NLP applications including finetuning large language models (LLMs) deploying transformerbased architectures and optimizing inference for realtime and batch workloads. Architect distributed ML solutions for largescale data processing and efficient retrievalaugmented generation (RAG).
MLOps & Cloud Infrastructure: Implement best practices for ML lifecycle management including model versioning monitoring and automation. Build robust CI/CD pipelines integrate with feature stores and vector databases and deploy models on cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
Software Engineering & Microservices: Develop highperformance ML systems using Python deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch) and distributed computing frameworks (Spark Databricks). Build scalable microservices and APIs for realtime model serving using containerized (Docker Kubernetes) and serverless (AWS Lambda Kinesis) architectures. Strong Object Oriented Programming fundamentals to build modular and reusable code.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists Engineers and Product teams to productionize NLP models ensuring alignment with business needs and maintaining robust scalable AIdriven solutions.
What Youll Bring to the Team
ML & NLP Expertise: 3 years of experience in ML engineering with strong expertise in NLP LLMs transformers and RAG. Proven ability to finetune optimize and deploy largescale NLP models.
MLOps & Cloud Engineering: Handson experience with ML pipeline automation monitoring and deployment using cloud services. Strong background in data engineering for scalable AI systems including structured (MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis Cassandra) databases.
Scalable Systems & Distributed Computing: Experience with performance optimization techniques for ML inference distributed computing (Spark Presto Databricks) and realtime/batch processing pipelines.
Software Development & Microservices: Strong Python development skills experience with APIdriven architectures (REST gRPC) and ability to build robust maintainable ML services.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Ability to work crossfunctionally with product engineering and design teams effectively to translate business needs into AI solutions. Skilled at fostering alignment sharing knowledge and cocreating strategies that drive measurable impact.

Our India/UK hub employees work according to the business hours stated in the job description above. This is intentionally designed to enable our global teams to have overlapping hours for collaboration.
Youll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK India and North America (were just a Zoom call and Slack message away! with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work during the workday
