Description
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for managing and overseeing manufacturing inventory. This includes daytoday tracking and oversight of parts inventory levels and an annual inventory exercise to ensure inventory accuracy. Handles data entry duties related to inventory control maintaining inventory databases and reporting on key performance indicators to management.
CORE FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Inventory 75
- Perform Cycle Counts
- Follow inventory turns and update KPIs
- Create jobs for production
- Issue material to jobs
- Weekly bin audits
- Receive in material
Special Projects 25
- Complete projects from Manufacturing/Shipping as assigned
- Work with shipping department
- Prep for annual inventory audit
Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years experience in inventory coordination
- Strong attention to detail with proven capabilities in handling multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Selfstarter able to work both independently and as a team
- Ability to work past 8 hours a day as needed
- Technology enthusiast demonstrated through work experience hobbies and/or education
- Agile Mindset the ability to work in an iterative manner that allows for rapid prototyping effective feedback loops and the ability to meet aggressive timelines
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Fine motor control ability to include pinching and twisting
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to visually identify subject matter
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to safely lift a minimum of 30lbs without assistance
The anticipated salary range for this position is 18.25 to 25.45 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience qualifications and location.
