LaSoft is an IT outsourcing company that designs builds and delivers web and mobile applications across industries like FinTech Ecommerce and EdTech. We are looking for a Scrum Master 4 years of experience) to join our team and contribute to an innovative online education platform.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum events and Agile ceremonies.
Remove impediments to improve team efficiency.
Coach and mentor the team on Agile best practices.
Protect the team from external distractions during sprints.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Encourage collaboration and decisionmaking within the team.
Manage the product backlog and plan iterations.
Ensure highquality ontime product delivery.
Promote Agile development methodologies.
Requirements
4 years as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Scrum & Agile methodologies.
B2C1 English level.
Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.
Scrum Master certification.
Experience with online education platforms is a plus.
Would Be a Plus
Experience working with large distributed teams.
