In this role you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates for various sales roles across Europe
- Utilise a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn social media referrals industry events and creative outreach methods to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Proactively network and build relationships with potential candidates fostering their interest in Samsara and our mission.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple requisitions ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand their teams needs goals and the specific requirements of each role.
- Employ datadriven strategies to track key metrics analyse pipeline health and optimise sourcing effectiveness.
- Focus on building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines reflecting Samsaras commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Proactively identify and address challenges related to hardtofill roles developing creative solutions and implementing datadriven improvements.
- Meet and exceed hiring targets while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our recruiting processes.
- Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 5 years of fullcycle sales recruiting experience in a fastpaced SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to create measure and optimise recruitment workflows.
- Demonstrable experience sourcing niche talent within limited talent pools.
- Datadriven approach to recruiting with a focus on metrics and results.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
- Resilient and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a dynamic highgrowth environment.
- Targetdriven detailoriented and approachable with a focus on team success.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience working for a fastgrowing US tech company operating in EMEA.
- Experience with AIpowered recruiting tools.
