Job Description
Instruct Air Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration classes. Develop teaching materials activities assignments and assessments for each curriculum course taught abide by policies standards goals and objectives of the college. Participate in assessment planning and evaluation activities to improve the instructional quality of the program.
Duties
Instruct Air Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration classes. Teach all levels of course specific to the AHR field including labs shops demonstrations and classroom environment. Participates in school retention initiatives by providing regular accurate and timely feedback to students and the school concerning academics behavior attendance etc. Instructs students in laboratory safety procedures.
Minimum Requirements
1. An Associate Degree in Air Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration with a minimum two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Community College teaching experience 2. EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
