What your future may hold
As an Associate Employment law at ALTIUS you will:
- Advise diverse Belgian and international clients on all aspects of employment law with a focus on daytoday HR support;
- Handle complex legal issues and collaborate closely with (senior) colleagues and partners;
- Be part of a supportive team with a very strong reputation especially for handling cross border employment service agreements collective labour law collective dismissals the employment law consequences of the windingup of companies and employment law litigation;
- Have direct contact with clients receive significant responsibility and take ownership.
Your skillset
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an employment lawyer ideally in a similar practice;
- You hold a Belgian Masters in Law. An LL.M. in Social Law is considered a plus;
- Fluency in Dutch or French is essential paired with an excellent proficiency in English and proficiency in the other national language suitable for daily use in a business environment;
- Excellent writing skills and a pragmatic and handson approach;
- You are an open and enthusiastic team player highly motivated and internationally oriented;
- You are not afraid to speak your mind have an entrepreneurial spirit and dont always choose the more conventional path.
