Property Sales Negotiator Leedsbasic PLUS HUGE comms
Youll be joining a supportive and friendly team with a work hard / play hard attitude at a successful firm who are offering a generous salary and commission structure.
Whats in it for you
- Up to 35000 basic salary DOE
- Plus an excellent monthly commission structure OTE
- Monday to Thursday 9am 5:30pm Friday 9am5pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am1pm

What youll be doing
- You will mostly be in house dealing with quick sale enquiries converting them into instructions and managing the process through to completion
- The role is specifically property sales and progression liaising with homeowners who need to achieve a quick house sale and dealing with new enquiries through to completion
- The firm advertise nationally and there will be a large number of Quick Sale leads provided on a daily basis
- Managing your own case files and generating new business through converting the leads provided
What you will have
- A background/knowledge of property/estate agency ideal but not essential
- Confident with the ability to generate new business
- We are looking for a bright hardworking and enthusiastic individual
