Mechanical Engineer Dimensional (Ref.# 3221.041:Providing applicable specifications and targets to all stakeholders involved in the manufacturing process. Troubleshooting build issues on the manufacturing floor such as parts not fitting together or appearance defects caused by poor fits. Conducting statistical analysis to enhance process efficiency. Improving part location strategies and checking fixture concepts to optimize manufacturing operations. Validating system and component GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) compatibility with the overall vehicle strategy. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients. Work with the following: NX Catia Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Position located in Troy Michigan. Position requires aBachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and five 5 years of experience. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients. 40hr/wk $130000.00/year. US Person Required.
