Job Description

The Security Custodian will provide security rounds to ensure a secure environment and parking lot.

Will keep up with laundry as needed and perform housekeeping tasks when directed.

Essential Functions/Job Duties & Responsibilities include meet/exceed the customers (internal and external) expectations by understanding anticipating and meeting customer and guest needs.

Exhibit proactive communication; act and think with the customers in mind provide a friendly enthusiastic and energetic atmosphere with customers coworkers managers guests and visitors Secure building after hours by ensuring all exterior doors are locked; wash dry fold and store towels blankets spreads and rags as needed bag dirty sheets and pillow cases after each overnight retreat then place in large bin and perform housekeeping tasks as directed.

This is a parttime position 20 hours per week some evening and weekend shifts.
