The Mechanical Engineer in this role will have at least 5 years of experience with Commercial HVAC plumbing and fire protection projects. This engineer will be doing design work.
This position is ContracttoHire with a hybrid inoffice/remote working schedule option.
Qualifications:
- BSME
- 5 years experience in Plumbing HVAC and Fire Protection design
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E. and register in the State of Texas
Responsibilities:
- Provide HVAC plumbing fire sprinkler and standpipe designs
- Evaluate existing HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems and provide recommendations
- Design systems to the latest energy and building codes
