JOB DESCRIPTIONNO EXPERIENCE NECESSARYWE WILL TRAIN We are looking for smart energetic and detail oriented people who possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail to work as fulltime production assemblers and CNC machine operators at our plant in Brighton MI.Develops and manufactures pneumatic solutions for the commercial transportation and specialty application industries. Our products are designed specifically to handle the rigorous environment and general abuse associated within on and off highway applications.RESPONSIBILITIES Understand support and follow the Corporate Quality Policy and Mission Statements. Support company goals and objectives to provide quality products to our customers. Assemble parts according to work instructions using fixtures and tools as needed. Build quality products through consistent attention to detail. Conduct visual quality inspections; inform supervisory staff of concerns as needed. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures. Perform basic recordkeeping duties as needed. Complete product packaging as needed. Train other assemblers as appropriate and according to level of expertise. Work at various stations during the assembly process as required by production need; may require changing production areas or location within the plant. Perform job duties in a manner that maintains compliance with policies procedures and environmental health and safety regulations. Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS 18 years of age with a High School diploma. Strong handeye coordination. Ability to read and follow assembly procedure documents. Quick learner with a strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work on your feet for 10 hour shifts. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Submit to a drug screen.
