Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Hourly Rate: Up to 13.45

As a Level 3 Practitioner you will play a key role in providing highquality care and education to children ensuring their safety development and wellbeing are always at the forefront. With a flexible 28.5 hours per week this position offers a perfect balance of professional fulfilment and personal time.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- A positive patient and caring attitude towards children and families.
- Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain).

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of engaging and educational activities that inspire childrens curiosity and development.
- Foster a warm caring and inclusive atmosphere where children feel valued and supported.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues maintaining open communication.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of childled activities based on individual needs and interests.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures to create a safe environment for all.
