Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Hourly Rate: Up to 13.45

PartTime 28.5 hours/week)

Are you passionate about making a difference in childrens lives Our client a wellestablished and welcoming service is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a parttime basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nurturing environment where children thrive and grow all while balancing your worklife commitments.

As a Level 3 Practitioner you will play a key role in providing highquality care and education to children ensuring their safety development and wellbeing are always at the forefront. With a flexible 28.5 hours per week this position offers a perfect balance of professional fulfilment and personal time.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A positive patient and caring attitude towards children and families.
  • Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of engaging and educational activities that inspire childrens curiosity and development.
  • Foster a warm caring and inclusive atmosphere where children feel valued and supported.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues maintaining open communication.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of childled activities based on individual needs and interests.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures to create a safe environment for all.
